hand, cut washi tape and tidbits left behind  from die cut designs.  The pen knife has 1 blade installed & 4  extra refills, please note the blade is fixed & will not swivel.  Please use caution  while using & replacing blade. Always use  a cutting mat to avoid damage to surfaces.
